Our founder, a proud Portuguese, spent years travelling and tasting. Then he arrived in the Douro region and tried the olive oil from Quinta Zimbro da Morena. That was it. A sweet, peppery, ultra-rich oil from one of Portugal's most storied valleys — made by people who pour their soul into every harvest. He knew he had to share it.

That moment became Oleivo.
